The Assos Dyora RS winter women's tights have made it possible to improve the legendary Bonka tights: the racing design, combined with the guarantee of total thermal insulation, keeps you in the saddle in the most extreme weather conditions, season after season. To begin with, the proven A-Lock Engineering system has been adapted to the tights. This support system guarantees total adherence to thicker fabrics, activating your muscles and wrapping them, hour after hour, with a light compressive squeeze. This new range of products keeps the pad in place thanks to the ergoBox seams and the external rollBar shoulder straps, ensuring total support of the pelvis on the pad, while you move in the saddle by shifting your body weight. When it comes to winter materials, our reliable double-layered twinDeck construction has been used to protect the knees, thighs, crotch area and hips, combining the ultra-light, membrane-equipped double-layer SPHERE Ultra fabric with the offered insulation of the OSMOs Heavy combed fabric; for the outer back, the thicker SPHERE Medium fabric has been added. Developed in the laboratory, these rainproof and windproof fabrics allow for targeted protection in all areas of the body concerned, without ever compromising breathability.

• OSMOS Heavy: This warp fabric is the main and heaviest fabric in our brushed Osmos family (290g / m2), featuring asymmetrical stretch and a soft, durable construction. High levels of insulation come from the brushed side facing the skin.
• SPHERE Ultra: Applied in our twinDeck double layer construction on the front crotch panel and in combination with OSMOS Heavy for added thermal insulation. A patented 2L windproof, waterproof and highly breathable softshell, constructed with a PU membrane for increased water repellency, maximizing insulation while minimizing bulk. • SPHERE Medium: Used for the top back panel, this is our thicker version of SPHERE. • twinDeck: Double layer fabric construction increases insulation throughout the tights, used in a combination of OSMOS Heavy and SPHERE Ultra.
• rollBar: A patented reinforcement design that mimics a racing car's anti-sway bar by using the harness straps to stabilize the insert and lock it in place as weight transfers left to right when cornering.
• ergoBox: a square pattern construction that effectively frames the insert in the back, fitting it together for greater stability.
• Carbon Xbib: A single section of elastic material, folded back on itself, which forms a support A-frame that offers limited vertical stretch in the rear. Over the "X" junction, a more flexible material is employed, incorporating an antibacterial carbon weave, to absorb moisture and remain flat in the front.
• Taped seams: found the front panels, these increase the watertight properties of the tights.
• DWR: Treated with our durable water repellent treatment to add an extra layer of insurance against the elements.

• kukuPenthouse: a soft OSMOS Heavy layer added to the front of the insert that supports the male anatomy, eliminates pressure and increases ventilation.
• superAir microShock foam: a lightweight open cell foam with a shock absorbing composition that returns to its original position, filling the gap every time the pedaling position is changed in the saddle through weight shift.
• 3D Waffle: Patented three-layer perforated foam that increases breathability and eliminates excess weight.
