The TARGA classification indicates a complete restyling of the EQUIPE RS S9 model. The redesign process has improved performance and comfort, reducing weight, bulk and drying time of materials, so sweat does not soak the fabric and does not affect the weight of the shorts. A panel in Ossidia fabric has been integrated along the lower part of the abdomen, which, being more elastic, adapts better to aggressive positions taken on the bike; thanks to its elasticity, it facilitates breathability during the most intense efforts and relieves pressure in taller cyclists looking for an aerodynamic fit, like a second skin.

• Type.441 is a slightly compressive and soft like silk fabric, but more tear resistant than the traditional fabric of our bib shorts. In addition, it actively refreshes by protecting against UV rays and neutralizing odors. Ossidia is a very elastic material, which increases breathability by reducing pressure on sensitive areas.
• For these bib shorts, we used the AEPD racingFit cut with standard length leg. Every fabric panel, every ribbon and every seam have been created to ensure stability, comfort and aerodynamic performance. ASSOS shorts are legendary and this new design is proof of that.
• A-Lock Engineering : the rollBar risers, the modified ergoBox structure and the single butterfly panel combine to support your weight on the saddle, guarantee stability and comfort without chafing during the most intense efforts.
• Carbon Xbib: a suspender system with an A-shaped structure that limits vertical stretch in the back, ensuring a secure fit and stabilizing the chamois. The double-sided carbon elastic reduces drying time compared to previous versions with carbon on one side of the tape.
• Ultralight Leg Grippers: 6 cm high elastic leg, which adheres to the thigh thanks to the elastomer to the skin, without silicone treatment, to ensure a soft and ultra-light grip.
• Lightened and reduced volume pad, in favor of the optimization of breathability. The odor-resistant microfiber upper layer returns to the basalt gray color, which pays homage to the lava rock that gives us strength, stability and courage.
• Shock-Absorb Damping System Mono 9: 9 mm thick racing model, featuring compressive foams and 3D Waffle panels to reduce weight and increase air circulation. The thermoformed structure reduces creases and irritation.
• GoldenGate: seams that secure the pad at the front and back, allowing the pad to follow the movements of your body delicately.
• Sundeck Superlight: a soft and comfortable fabric panel on the front of the pad to increase air circulation and eliminate pressure on sensitive areas, giving a more aggressive fit to the shorts.
