The POC Thermal Short Bootie is constructed from a bonded, water-repellent stretch fabric and cut with a close fit to keep water out. A brushed finish on the inside improves insulation and enhances a feeling of warmth. it is cut for a close fit and with elastic around the top to ensure the booties stay secure. Also featuring abrasion-resistant reinforcements around the toe and sole, and reflective details to improve visibility.
